balcony views delicious dinners friendly staff

The room had a balcony with great views. Our dinners were delicious at Flame restaurant. I looked forward to both meals. The staff was very friendly, and the service was excellent.

The carpet didn't feel up to standard for a hotel of this level, though the room was clean.

inconsistent service unimpressive room

the service wasn't consistently great. sometimes, it reminded me of i had to search for waiters. also, my room wasn't quite what i expected considering the price. i think the hotel could improve in these areas .
