My stay at Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff was truly a dream come true, offering really good service from the moment I arrived. The rooms were beautifully spacious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nice. However, I found the isolation from the city a bit discouraging; while it provided safety, it also meant I missed out on the local culture. Overall, it was an lovely experience, but I'd prefer a location that allows for more city exploration.

I had a very enjoyable first experience of South African hospitality during my stay at the Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff. The hillside setting overlooking Johannesburg was simply amazing, and the friendly and attentive staff added to the pleasant atmosphere. While I found the golf cart service a bit slow at times and some room amenities could be improved, the overall experience was good, especially the inventive dining options and the stunning views.
